Youth Football Registration

Are you ready for some football?  Registration will open on March 15th for the Waunakee TDC Youth Football Program 2018 season.  If the player is new to our program, parents / guardians will need to create an account on our website.  After an account is created, player(s) can be signed up to participate.  
      
New Player Registration:  

Please click here and you will be taken to our registration page.  We ask that only parents / guardians create accounts on the website so that we can appropriately communicate with parents / guardians vs players.  Please keep track of your username / password as you'll need this in future years to again register your player.

    
Returning Player Registration:
 Please click here to be taken to the login page.  Parents / guardians, you will need the username & password you created when you registered previously.  If you have misplaced this information, there is a link at the bottom of the login dialogue box to reset these.

2018 Pride Camp


All youth and middle school players should sign up to attend the 2018 Pride Football camp this summer. Please visit the "Football Camps" tab of the website for more information on this camp and how to register.
    
Important Registration Information: 
  • Players are registered by choosing "Add Participant" after you have created / logged into your account.
  • Next, choose "2018 Youth Football" and then please select the grade your player will be entering this fall.
  • Player fees are $130 if paid by the end of June.  On July 1st, the fee increases to $180.  Registration runs through August 31st.  Included in the player fee is an equipment charge, league & officials fees, etc.  Please note that prior to the end of June, at checkout the full $180 player fee will be displayed, but a $50 discount will be applied at one of the final steps.  
  • We prefer payment of fees by credit card, but there are instructions to also mail a check if you prefer to:

  • During the registration process, you will have the opportunity to join the Waunakee Touchdown Club for $35.  This organization supports football in Waunakee from youth to middle school to high school.  The Touchdown Club supports the youth program with financial help for major equipment purchases and provides everything to support the Youth Football Tailgate.  Please consider joining!  In addition to support provided the youth program, all members of the Touchdown Club are also invited to the TDC tailgate prior to the varsity home game on August 26th.  At the TDC tailgate, all members also receive a small Waunakee football memento.  For more information about the Touchdown Club, please click here.
  • A number of forms are required to participate in our program.  Please see the FORMS section further down this page for all forms necessary to participate.  These forms must be turned in at equipment pickup or to the coaches at the player's first practice. 
  • In addition to the forms, first year players much provide a birth certificate when equipment is picked up.
  • All players must have completed a physical within the past two years to participate.
  • It is important that all players who want to participate have the opportunity.  If there are financial considerations making this difficult, please contact Youth Football Director, Mark Prusha.  We will provide scholarships to ensure all who want to play can play.
  • Following successful registration, you will receive an email from "Blue Sombrero" (our web hosting partner) confirming registration.  If you do not receive this email, please email Mark Prusha.

The three forms below must be filled out in order for your Youth player to participate in Waunakee Youth Football.  Please bring completed forms to the equipment issuance for your respective grade, or to the first practice.  Also provided are the concussion information sheets for both athletes and parents.  Please read these as well.

2018 Season Information
  • All players and parents / guardians must attend a mandatory meeting on July 31st at 6:30 p.m. in the Old Gym at the high school.
  • Equipment will be issued on July 29th at 5:30 p.m. for 6th grade and 6:30 for 5th grade.  4th grade players will be issued equipment at 6:00 on August 5th.  Equipment is issued from our storage shed behind Rex's Innkeeper.
  • 5th and 6th grade teams will play a seven game schedule beginning on Saturday, August 25th.  Practices for these grades will begin the week of July 29th and are normally held three times per week until the first game, then twice a week. Please see below for specific information.
  • 4th grade teams will play a six game schedule beginning on Saturday September 8th.  Practices for 4th grade will begin the week of August 5th and are normally held 3 times per week until the first game, then twice a week.  Please see below for specific information.
